The location was convenient. The subway station was just steps away. the room included a heater that worked well. i had access to free wifi. the staff responded quickly when i contacted them and were very helpful.
the intense fragrance in the room and stairwell was overwhelming upon arrival, though it lessened a bit after opening the window for a while.

the room was clean and quiet at night, made for restful sleep. i found convenient features like a hairdryer, electric kettle, tea, coffee, and milk sticks were available. several sockets existed in the room, no less than nine, really helpful.

food options exist near the hotel, easily accessible by foot, which adds to the convenience of the location. a kettle was very clean inside. there are tea, cups and everything you need in the room. a tea table with tea is available.

Self-check-in was very easy once i received the email instructions. i could unlock the door directly from my phone, quite modern. it was convenient. No keys were needed. access to the premises was easy with codes.

Fantastic Stay near the Station!

This hotel is excellently located directly above the Borough underground station. This is a HUGE advantage. The room was clean, and I found all the equipment in good working condition. I especially appreciated the straightforward entry system using codes. It made coming and going very easy.
The room was a little TOO warm, even with the heater turned down, but it wasn't a major issue.

The ensuite room was super clean! i found the bathroom a great size with everything i needed. the reception staff helped me use my phone to unlock my room which was great. they even upgraded my room. Made my day!
the hotel looks a bit rough around the edges when you're going to your room. but it's getting a spruce up.
